无条件地爱自己并不容易，因为我们已然学会判断自己。

似乎有股力量在迫使着我们去寻找生活中所“缺失的部分”，好象我们有瑕疵或者做得不够好一样。不知何故，我们似乎永不知足，我们生活在不断地永无止境的探索当中，这使我们筋疲力尽。

我们忘记的是那些诸如独自一人观看日落时的甜美时光。

这里是信仰在线电台，要放松自己。今天，我邀请你花点时间面对自己，进入自己的心灵空间，不再努力，不再打拼，给自己放假，对此你当之无愧。

活在此时此刻，让自己停下来，不要去追求更多，而是留心一下自己已经拥有了多少。

每天我们都生活在巨大的压力下，忙于别人或自己给我们设置的各种责任和义务，而真正忽略或忘记了自己。从今天开始，让我们开始无条件地爱自己！
