今天我开始了新生

        我郑重宣誓，任何东西也不会阻止我新生命的成长。我不会浪费一天时间，不去阅读这些书卷。因为这一天会一去不返，它无可替代。我不该也不会打破每日阅读的习惯，事实上，我每日花在这个新习惯上的片刻时间，相对于将会属于我的幸福和成功，是个很小的代价。

        当我反复品味要读的字句时，我决不会因为这一屏的简洁和其中字句的简单而轻视其信息。一罐葡萄酒需要成千上万粒葡萄来酿制，葡萄皮肉被扔掉喂鸟。岁月中的智慧和这些葡萄的道理一样。大部分被过滤掉抛向空中，只有真理被提炼出来，存在于我们要读的文字中。我会按照指导啜饮佳酿，一滴也不浪费。我会吞下成功的种子。

        今天我已脱胎换骨。我会在人群中高视阔步，他们已不再认识我，因为今天我已成为新人，开始了新生。

Today I begin a new life

And I make a solemn oath to myself that nothing will retard my new life's growth. I will lose not a day from these readings for that day cannot be retrieved nor can I substitute another for it. I must not , I will not, break this habit of daily reading from these scrolls and, in truth, the few moments spent each day on this new habit are but a small price to pay for the happiness and successthat will be mine.

As I read and re-read the words in the scrolls to follow, never will Iallow the brevity of each scroll nor the simplicity of its words to cause me to treat the scroll's message lightly. Thousands of grapes are pressed to fill one jar with wine, and the grapeskin and pulp are tossed to the birds. So it is with these grapes of wisdom from the ages. Muchhas been filtered and tossed to the wind. Only the pure truth lies distilled in the words to come. I will drink as instructed and spill not a drop. And the seed of success I will swallow.

Today my old skin has become as dust. I will walk tall among men and they will know me not, for today I am a new man, with a new life.
