积极看待每一天

如果感觉生活中缺乏所需的动力和动机,有时你所需要做的只是转换观念。
训练你的思维集中在光明的一面,你会更有动力将自己的目标进行到底。你就不大可能被使你表现受到局限的消极观念所阻碍。
当你选择改变视角时,你的生活会提升,幸福会聚敛。不要把自己的未来交给机遇,不要等着局面会莫明其妙地自己变好。你必须朝着自己的希望和报负前进。开始建立自信,要克服困难,而不要逃避困难。记住控制局面的不一定靠权力,而是靠处理前进道路上所遇到的一切的能力。
总是相信一切都会好的,记住错误只是教训,它能导致新的发现。把恐惧转化成信任,学会超越焦虑和怀疑。把“焦虑时光”变成“生产时光”。把浪费的时光导向自己能够参与的值得付出的努力之中。当你允许自己经历生活乐趣时,美好就会发生。当你把积极的思维纳入自己的日常生活,并使之成为你的世界的重要组成部分时,幸福就会来敲门。

If your life feelslike it is lacking the power that you want and the motivation that you need,sometimes all you have to do is shift your point of view. By training your thoughts to concentrate on the bright side of things, you are more likely tohave the incentive to follow through on your goals. You are less likely to be held back by negative ideas that might limit your performance. Your life can be enhanced, and your happiness enriched, when you choose to change your perspective. Don't leave your future to chance, or wait for things to getbetter mysteriously on their own. You must go in the direction of your hopesand aspirations. Begin to build your confidence, and work through problems rather than avoid them. Remember that power is not necessarily control over situations, but the ability to deal with whatever comes your way. Always believe that good things are possible, and remember that mistakes can be lessons that lead to discoveries. Take your fear and transform it into trust; learn to rise above anxiety and doubt. Turn your "worry hours" into "productive hours". Take the energy that you have wasted and direct it toward every worthwhile effort that you can be involved in. You will see beautiful things happen when you allow yourself to experience the joys of life. You will find happiness when you adopt positive thinking into your daily routine and make itan important part of your world.
